Since I started using Talk it Out I've noticed two things.
Firstly, I get much less frustrated in day to day life when
stressful situations pop up. Now when something happens I'll
usually vent about it in the app for a minute or two and
really like a weight has been lifted. Secondly, I feel like I
am much more aware of what I am feeling in general. Instead of
just vague uneasy feelings in my stomach I'm getting better at
digging into what I am actually feeling and what could be
causing it. Overall I feel happier and more free, I hope I can
keep my journalling going in the long run!

makes it incredibly easy to use, even for someone like me who's

Having tried a few different meditation and mindfulness apps,
this app and its focus on journaling is an incredibly original
concept! It's very user-friendly and only took a few minutes
to download and sign up, and start journaling. The AI prompts
have helped me to record my thoughts and feelings much easier
than when I've tried journaling with pen and paper!!

wanted to journal but have struggled to find any consistency.
Having all of the tools in one place has been a game changer
and now I'm consistently journaling every day! I love how it
even sends you a little reminder each evening 😎 the app is so
easy to use it makes it really enjoyable. 😊 I couldn't

Mood Checkins are Awesome!

So far this app has really helped me get into the habit of
identifying what I am feeling throughout the day and improving
my mindfulness It's so easy to just live life on autopilot but
through doing a few mood checkins a day on the app I've
started getting much better at realising when negative
self-talk and negative emotions are starting to creep in, and
exploring what the cause is each time - the companion is so
useful to talk to as a sounding board! Overall I feel a lot
calmer and happier when I'm doing my journal consistently I'm
going to keep going and make it a daily ritual for myself as I
wind down before bed instead of mindlessly scrolling

health! I used to struggle to create a habit with journalling
but talk it out really makes that easy, the prompts gently
